Breeding
Vicky & Tristan combined, have over 40 yrs of experience in breeding and blood lines. Every horse or pony they breed is out of proven stock and their aim is to produce performance horses for both themselves and others. Even though breeding is an inexact science, they consistently produce quality stock that produces results in the ring (lastest home bred pony Wicked II has just qualified for this years HOYS) and they have more quality stock coming through.
The mares currently used by Vicky & Tristan include Astrid, a very talented mare who qualified for HOYS by winning a grade C qualifier. She also had numerous success at international shows. Unfortunately her career was cut short by injury but to date she has produced the likes of Wicked II (qualifier for 2009 HOYS) & Luidelle V who is currently ridden by Georgie Strutton (see image right). Antoinette is another quality mare used for breeding. Formerly ridden by Geoff Luckett, Antoinette is now in foal to Malacoff. Vicky & Tristan also have other brood mares, all with very good blood lines & ability.
